Ray, the manager, was 10 out of 10 in customer service- I called and immediately knew how to handle the process from scheduling my app, getting my reservation at Enterprise on 98th, and just the great work he did. I loved the attention to detail to my car ( he cleaned off old tree sap and my tires) and touched up other chipped paint areas on my car not even associated with the bumper. He kept me up to date and the best thing was, he did my repairs in just 24hrs!!!!! They even have a really clean customer waiting area and free coffee ( which I got to enjoy briefly because enterprise showed up really fast to pick me up)
Also, I’ve had 2 people now ask if I have a new car because of how shiny and new my car looks again!!!!!

I worked with Mario. He was excellent at keeping me posted on progress and aware of what the next steps were. My experience with the shop was excellent and my car looks amazing. I had broken clips in my bumper and fender along with paint scratches. The paint job matches perfectly. My insurance company (State Farm) works with Bay Bridge Auto Body. The collaboration between my insurance company, the rental car company, and the shop made this experience so much better than I had anticipated it would be. I had an 'incident' with my side door on my Dodge charger. Ray and his team are extremely professional and helpful. They kept me updated on the status during the repairs as well as worked directly with my insurance. Ultimately i would like end by saying I never want to see Ray again, BUT thats because that would mean something happened to my car and not because of the quality of service i received. But in anycase, highly recommend Bay Bridge Auto body and its team for any auto body needs. A++

Well somebody side swipe my car in the parking lot and they insurance sent me to bay bridge auto.The customer service was excellent and they finished my car in 3 days the reason im writing a review is because they went over and beyond they cleaned my headlight washed my car and my windows rims cleaned the inside on top of fixing my finder and bumper that was amazing my car looks brand new again highly recommended thanks Ray

I've used Bay Bridge Auto twice and have been pleased both times and even recommended them to relatives who were also pleased with their work. They completed the work quickly and you can't tell the car was ever damaged. I also like the special touch of cleaning my faded headlights!! Nice touch!!
I'm late writing the review, but was inspired to do so because of my most recent experience.
During a recent windstorm, my neighbor's fence blew off its hinges and fell on the back of my car and caused some scratches. I drove in to see if the scratches could be buffed out. I don't recall the guys name I saw, but he stopped what he was doing to buff out the scratches on my car and pointed out additional damage I hadn't noticed. He told me what it would cost for his shop to do the repair and actually recommended I try one of the dent removal companies as it would be cheaper. I really appreciated that. I might end up going back to BBA for the service as I haven't found a dent removal company that can do the job.
It took me awhile to find, but I finally have a body shop that does excellent work and one that I can trust.

I had a great experience with Ray at Bay Bridge Auto Body in Oakland. He touched up the paint on my car where there were some scratches, and it looks so much better now. Excellent service best in the bay! Clean, organized and honest, these are good people! I came in for minor repairs and left with a brand new car. They even threw in polishing my headlights and they look new - car never has looked better. They let me know what was worth paying elsewhere to fix other issues I had and what was not, so I left very informed!

Someone side swiped the left rear of my bumper and I had to work with their insurance (State Farm) to get the repairs done. They were recommended and I see why! Ray was very communicative and went above and beyond with helping me through the difficult process of navigating State Farm. Auto body repair shops do not make car keys. Nowadays replacement keys must be ordered from the dealer/manufacturer because they have a chip inside the plastic remote. The ignition simply won't engage otherwise.
